Philosophy
- I believe training should be fun, and yield results. Those results will vary person to person, but fun without progress and progress without fun are both missing half the equation. My top priorities are to create a program that matches an individual’s goals, foster a fun training environment that the individual can look forward to, and deliver desirable results through measured, sustainable progress over time. Whether your goals are to move better, feel better, look better, or get stronger training can be structured in a way that does not sacrifice health for performance.
- I believe in sensible, effective training that is personalized to the individual. This requires a full account on my end of their age, gender, profession, lifestyle, sport if they’re an athlete, and movement capabilities in order to provide a holistic training program that is specifically tailored to deliver what they value most in training.
